How It Works
Leaders enroll and/or select internal staff to be trained in the SEEDS Coaching framework. Skill development also includes coaching from a SEEDS Master Coach.
The internal SEEDS coach participates in training and coaching using a research-based skill development cycle and completes the certification process.
The certified internal SEEDS coach provides relationship-based coaching to educators and childcare staff. Children and adults feel capable and confident.
Who Is It For?
Who Is It For?
This framework is designed for administrators, coaches, and experienced teachers looking for leadership development.
Potential SEEDS of Learning coaches often have experience in education, psychology, special education, and/or early childhood education.
They believe that quality interactions, research, and skill development lead to positive outcomes for children.
What Is It?
SEEDS of Learning is a set of Early Childhood Professional Development frameworks. SEEDS of Coaching uses a Train-the-Trainer model and coaching support that leaders need to create supportive, caring, and productive interactions with teachers. Through SEEDS Quality Interactions, children and adults grow.
This framework shows leaders how to:
Increase outcomes for children using evidence-based best practices
Increase teacher retention and efficacy through a research-based skill development cycle
Strengthen community and learning through quality interactions
